We are Thomas and Elias Vargas, a father-son fitness team based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Having always believed in the saying "Work smarter, not harder", we found this to ring especially true when it comes to fitness!
With rising popularity of online health and fitness spaces like "FitTok" and Instagram, we felt that many people and "influencers" overcomplicate even the little things. It's now especially daunting for beginners and those looking to get started in their health and fitness journey. Combine this with people just trying to make a buck off of you, and it's a recipe for disaster.
