Strength training is for everyone

That's right, you don't need to be a bonafide beefcake to strength train or compete in powerlifting!

No matter your origin, your proportions, or your setbacks, strength training isn't just for physical strength, but mental strength.

What does it mean to be strong?

To know you are capable of handling anything life throws at you.
To never need to worry about losing physical independance.

This is the face of strength:

Stuart Jamieson, born with half a ribcage and now holds several deadlift records.

Garret Rogers, a TBI survivor who went from a medically induced coma to a 500lbs deadlift.

Siamand Rahman, a paralympic champion who bench pressed 683lbs.

Now I'm a 2x national record holding powerlifter passionate about helping others get into strength training!

I've never been very interested in traditional sports.. And I surely don't have any natural talent. Ever since I was young, I was always small. Both too thin to be imposing but too chubby to be agile. Having always had confidence issues, the gym changed my life.
